Aloo Bonda is a delicious snack made with spiced mashed potatoes, coated with gram flour batter and deep-fried. It is a popular South Indian street food and a variation of the Maharashtrian batata vada. You can enjoy it with coconut chutney, tomato ketchup or any other dip of your choice.
Ingredients
Potato, Gram Flour, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Sunflower Oil, Green Chilli, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Curry Leaves, Water, Spice Mix, Mustard Seeds, Red Chilli Powder.
Method of Preparation
- Do not thaw.
- Heat oil up to 165°C.
- Fry frozen Aloo Bonda in pre-heated oil for 3-4 min.
- Alternatively brush with oil to air fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Cook thoroughly before consumption.
