Amritsari Kulcha is a type of stuffed flatbread that originated from the city of Amritsar in Punjab, India. It is made with refined flour, yeast, curd, baking powder, baking soda, oil and salt. The stuffing usually consists of boiled potatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves and various spices. The kulcha is rolled out and cooked on a hot griddle with some oil or ghee until golden and crisp. It is often served with butter, yogurt, pickle or chole.

Refined Wheat Flour, Potato, Sunflower Oil, Green ChillI, Fenugreek Leaves, Water, Black Pepper, Raisins, Cashew Nut, Coriander Seeds, Salt, Spices.
Method of Preparation
- Do not thaw.
- Cook on medium hot frying pan or tawa till crisp.
- May use oil or butter as per taste.
- Cook thoroughly before consumption.
