Biryani Masala is a spice blend that is used to make biryani, a popular rice dish with meat or vegetables. Biryani Masala adds a rich and aromatic flavor to the dish. There are different versions of biryani masala, depending on the region and preference of the cook.
Ingredients
Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Water, Garam Masala Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Curd, Tomato Puree, Sunflower Oil, Coriander Powder, Green Cardamom Powder, Bay Leaf, Black Cardamom, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Clove.
Method of Preparation
- Over night (8-10 hrs) thawing in Chiller (0-4ºC)
- Take the gravy into the saucepan as per requirements.
- Add half cooked Protein or Vegetables of your choice and cook in the gravy.
- Spread some oil /ghee at the bottom of handi. Spread 70% cooked rice and gravy in even layers.
- Tightly cover the handi with lid and slow cook it for 30min.
- Cook thoroughly before consumption.
