Butter Naan is a type of leavened flatbread that is cooked in a tandoor (clay oven) and brushed with melted butter. It is a popular bread in Indian cuisine and is often served with curries, dals or other dishes. Butter Naan has a soft, fluffy and slightly chewy texture and a buttery and yeasty flavor.
Ingredients
Refined Wheat Flour, Water, Sunflower Oil, Coriander Leaves, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Garlic Powder, Garlic, Baking Powder.
Method of Preparation
- Do not thaw.
- Pre-heat oven at 180°C or Pre- heat grill to a medium heat
- Sprinkle with a little water on both side of the naan.
- Place directly onto the shelf of oven or wire rack of grill pan & Cook for 7-8 min.
- Cook thoroughly before consumption.
