Ingredients
Curd, Sunflower Oil, Red Chilli powder, Dry Fenugreek Leaves, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Spice Mix, Salt.
Method of Preparation
- Over night (8-10 hrs) thawing in Chiller (0-4ºC)
- Add Protein or Vegetables in required quantity.
- Keep the Marination for 4hrs before cooking.
- Cook thoroughly before consumption.
